Description: Reporting to the Team Leader-Client Services this position exists to answer customer service inbound calls for the purpose of supporting distributors and field sales representatives selling various insurance products. You will processes policy applications and perform all related administrative tasks, and take appropriate actions to ensure quality customer service. Requirements: Cegep or College diploma Experience in a customer service environment Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products and at ease with computer systems Must be bilingual (English and French) Schedules: Day, evening and Saturdays shifts •This job posting represents an overview of the job.
