Main functions:
Plan, organize, direct and supervise the activities of the Nursing Department and Personal Care services staff to provide quality resident care in our Private CHSLD for approximately 65 residents. Establish and implement goals and objective of the residence.
Requirements and working conditions:
Education : University - Undergraduate (Bachelor's) completed, member of Ordre of Nurses of Quebec OIIAQ
Years of experience related to the job offer : 6 to 9 years experience
Description of qualifications :
RN registered with OIIAQ, bachelor of science preferred. Previous managerial experience in long term care, comprehensive knowledge of nursing technical practices.
Languages: spoken: French and English
written: French and English
Number of hours per week : 40,00
Various terms : on call for consultation and advice.
