Details of the offer: Main functions: Under the supervision of the employment counselor, the candidate has as a mandate to help young people 16-35 years to integrate or reintegrate into the labor market through individual support services and through the organization of youth projects. Main Responsibilities: Receive and assist clients in their efforts; Inform and advise them on education programs, career guidance, requirements and opportunities in the labor market. Conduct interviews to continue monitoring their job search or return to school process. Support the client throughout their efforts and personal journey. Help to develop useful work tools. Animate group workshops related to employability. Establish projects in collaboration with the employment counselor. Collaborate in searching for funds, recruiting clients and writing reports on completed activities. Requirements: Education: University - Undergraduate (Bachelor's) Completed, Bachelor or diploma in guidance, in education, ccommunication or another field deemed relevant. Years of experience related to the job offer: 1 to 6 months' experience Description of qualifications: Experience in individual and group intervention with clients 16-35 years. Have dynamic job searching methods. Knowledge of network employability development, education and related programs. Knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of the region and socio-economic partners are assets. Owning a car and a valid driver's license.
