Details of the offer: Requirements: Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training Experience: Experience an asset Languages: Spoken: French and English Be able to read and write in French Area of Functional Expertise: Event planning and organization, Public relations or public education Specific Skills: Schedule facility programs and staff, Co-ordinate facility sports and recreation programs and activities, Train staff and volunteers, Develop program budgets, Lobby for funding and support Additional Skills: Supervise professional staff, program leaders and instructors and volunteer staff, Perform administrative tasks, Ability to Supervise working groups Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing The incumbent will organize and lead meetings; help, support and advise youth when it comes to problem solving; and encourage youth to engage in centre activities.
