Details of the offer: Job Description As a sales representative, you will have the responsibility to increase the incomes of different products and services company. You will be responsible for your customers and see to the welfare of these. Your interpersonal skills, initiative, resourcefulness, motivation, dynamism and charisma are all qualities that will help you excel in your new role. The mastery of English and French, both spoken and written, is essential for this position. You will work in a team dynamic, nimble and results-oriented. Responsibilities • Respond to telephone calls and chats to popularize and sell our products; • Enter into our CRM system information relevant to the sale; • Participate in some trade fairs; • Meet with local clients, if necessary; • Interact with the service department to serve the client, and • Participate in continuous improvement of the sales department. Requirements • Proficiency in English and French; • Very good knowledge in computer (Outlook, Web, Windows, Mac, Network ...) • Minimum 2 years sales experience in a related field; • Ability to learn and critical thinking. • College degree in Information Technology / Sales / Representation or a related field. These are permanent positions with full time (40 hrs / wk.)
