Details of the offer: Duties: Participate in the preparation of proposals; Participate in the design of highway engineering projects (geometry, profile, pavement structure, grading and drainage). Coordinate multidisciplinary projects; Assist in supervising the work team; Prepare specifications and estimates for bids; Assist in preparing plans for submission to the designated senior technician; Attend project start-up with clients and professionals involved; Attend start projects with clients and professionals involved; See the quality of site work and participate in site meetings; Prepare site visit reports and reports of site meeting; Assist the project manager in cost analysis of opinion change, preparation of notices of change and site instructions; Check claims, correct as appropriate and assist the project manager in its recommendations to clients; Participate in preliminary and final acceptance of work. Qualifications: 1st cycle of university studies, Bachelor in Civil Engineering (Highway Engineering). Mastery of the Office suite. Knowledge of Autocad and INROADS, an asset. Safety Course on construction sites (SSTC). Knowledge of standards and procedures of the MTQ. Functional knowledge of both French and English. You must have a valid driver's license and a car to get around. You are dynamic, responsible and ready to take on challenges. You are able to integrate into a dynamic team and contribute to its development. Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) Terms of employment: Full time permanent position.
